Using Bridged is the least complicated way to go and unless you have some good specific reason to not use Bridged then I'd suggest you just stick with using Bridged then all systems, physical and virtual, are on the same Subnet and no need to complicate matter with routing or port forwarding. The latter of which if you want to use NAT is handled by C:\ProgramData\VMware\vmnetnat.conf and then no need to manually modify routing tables and as far as routing is concerned there are more then enough tutorials already on the Internet so Google is your friend!
