Hi Forum,
I'm Running Debian 64bit with VMPlayer in a Virtual Machine. There is 1GB of RAM allocated in the Virtual Machine Settings and Debian in the virtual machine says it's got 1 GB, but! When I open the windoes taskmanager I see that the VM is only using 32MB of RAM.
So it seems the VM is only getting 32MB of RAM and the rest might be a harddisk swap file. The Virtual machine is also very slow and does a lot of harddisk ratteling because of this.
What can I do to fix this?
