Thanks so much ale ale for your right answer.I have a same computer "asus K55VD",and appear problem"usb was in use…".When i uninstall all usb drivers from Drivers Control interface ,and reboot , install "Intel(R)_USB_3.0_eXtensible_Host_Controller_Driver" and ASmedia driver ,then VMwere can use the usb devices.
