Thanks Woodyz, that solved my problem!
After disabling windows media player network service that prevends sysprep from running, upon completion, I just had to reactivate two applications plus customize their options one more time and put the theme back to the classic xp look (how I prefer my Win 7 
) and then it´s all working again!
Now there´s just the webcam problem that I can´t figure out what to do about..
