Then you probably should not be embarking on this endeavor! 
You can download and install VMware Player however your CPU does not support VT-x and therefore you'll not be able to run 64-bit Guest OSes. Therefore you can not even use the VMware Virtual Machine that downloadable from Cloudera because your system doesn't support its requirements. Therefore you'll need to create a Virtual Machine installing a 32-bit OS and then install CDH.
There is more then enough documentation already available on all of this so Google is your friend!
