The three lines are in the .vmx configuration file that you provided. I had to comment them out otherwise the VM would not start under any version of VMware Player. Additionally I removed the virtual hard disk information as obviously I didn't have the same one as you have so I added my own. This was for the express purpose of testing the rest of the information in the .vmx configuration file that you provided and doing so under VMware Player 6. All other settings had no impact on whether or not it could be run under VMware Player 6.
So what I'm telling you is, it doesn't matter that it was created in a different version and it will run under VMware Player 6!
