Self solved.
The cause of this problem may be a confused behavior of graphic driver, namely fglrx. By uninstalling fglrx and related packages (and rebooting), everything is now going very fine. Of course, I can use VMware Player with no problem.
sudo apt-get uninstall --purge fglrx fglrx-updates fglrx-amdcccle
I suppose Ubuntu team may spread problematical updates in a few days relating to ATI proprietary driver. It affects desktop Unity integration as well as VMware, and all things are now going normal.
