With a physical machine you can set the boot order to get a boot off the CD/DVD drive.  Is there away to accomplish that with a VM?  I need to restart the WinXP setup process.  Sorry for the ineptness!  I'm fairly PC savvy, but am new to VMware and virtualization.  I appreciate your help.

As it shows on the Virtual Machine's Display you enter the BIOS by pressing the F2 key or select the Boot Menu by pressing the Esc key.  You have to click into the Display for it to accept keyboard input.

Have a look at: Accessing the BIOS when the POST screen clears too quickly (1004129)
