Don't ignore linux users either, how about a minimize to indicator applet? PLEEEEEASSEEE FIXXXX THISSSSS. VMware runs so much better than vbox in unity/seamless mode; but this not being a feature is killing my productivity, specifically "ALT+TABBING". I spent all weekend trying to get a good RDP/remoteapp workflow to avoid this and RDP/RemoteApp sucked with programs I was trying to run.
